In 2010-2011, the Administration Commission will:
- Meet/Exceed our revenue goals as stated in this year’s parish and school operating budget: Sunday collections ($924,000); School fundraising ($70,000);
- Engage St. Barnabas School Alumni in the life of the parish;
- Create greater awareness of financial reporting structure;
- Review by-laws of Education Fund to examine ways to provide supplemental income to the school;
- Ensure good stewardship of physical assets;
- Improve communication and infrastructure capacity;
- Launch planned giving effort.
