Sharing Parish

The Archdiocese of Chicago asks parishes to partner with other parishes through the Parish Sharing Program.  Since 2003, St. Barnabas has partnered with Holy Family Church, 1080 W. Roosevelt Road, in Chicago.  Through this program, we are able to share gifts of financial, spiritual and human support.

Holy Family and St. Barnabas share many connections.  Some St. Barnabas parishioners grew up in and have long been associated with Holy Family. Additionally, many of our parishioners attend or were graduated from St. Ignatius High School, Holy Family's neighbor.

With our support, Holy Family in turn supports its local community through their food pantry and the Westside Employment Outreach program.
