I strongly believe that developing a good rapport with the students is important to set a nice climate in the classroom. I stress the importance of giving the students the skills to effectively use the Library and its resources. Most importantly, I attempt to foster a love of reading and books in all students including those reluctant readers. |

| Teaching Philosophy: |
Teaching is learning exemplifies mt teaching philosophy. My primary goal in teaching is to relay the knowledge I possess and habituate my students to an attitude of embracing all sorts of knowledge. Music is for everyone is the fundamental of my philosophy in all. My aim is to provide my students with opportunities and to develop awareness and understanding of music as an integral part of the human experience and wish them to listen perceptively to music. Instead of traditional lecture-oriented method, I use an approach that emphasizes students cooperative learning capability in which they need to work as small teams to construct musical knowledge through discovery learning, problem solving, and decision making. |
