Teaching Philosophy: In my classroom, I foster the opportunity to study things that are meaningful and relevant to one's life and interests.  Working with junior high students, I attempt to focus on academic and character development while providing stimulating and challenging curriculum.  One of my hopes as an educator is to instill a love of learning in my students and create life-long learners.
