Teaching Philosophy: I believe that all children, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, religious background or socio-economic status, have the ability to learn and the right to a quality education. Each child has his or her own unique abilities and learning style. I believe it is the responsibility of an educator to discover the uniqueness of each student and guide them to be successful to their fullest potential. Children deserve a safe, caring, and stimulating environment in which to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Children are our future. Guiding children into that future is the awesome responsibility of a teacher.

Teaching Philosophy: In my classroom, I strive to provide a welcoming environment where students can feel safe and secure. I try to offer a variety of experiences for a diverse population of students with a diversity of learning styles and abilities. I also strive to help students achieve success to the best of their abilities and instill in all of my students an enthusiasm for learning that will make them lifelong learners. I try to model reverence, respect, and responsibility toward all of God’s creation and teach my students to do so as well.
