Pope Leo XIV will greet us in Chicago through a special video message to the young people of the world, broadcasted first from this event. Pope Leo XIV will not be in attendance.
The Archdiocese of Chicago is hosting the event on Saturday, June 14 at the ballpark. Gates will open at 12:30 p.m., with the event beginning at 2:30 p.m. A Catholic mass will take place at 4 p.m. There is no word yet if the event will also be livestreamed, and ticket prices have not been made available.
May God bless Pope Leo XIV and may the Holy Spirit draw all of us together to pray for him now and throughout his papacy.
