Coffee Shoppe for Seniors

Coffee Shoppe is an informal gathering of friends each morning beginning after the 6:45 AM communion service and ending around 10:00 AM. All are welcomed to share a cup of coffee and maybe a sweet roll with friends, old and new. Coffee Shoppe meets in the church hall located directly beneath the church. The Coffee Shoppe is open September through December and February through May. There is no fee to attend. For more information, please contact Carolyn Crispo.

St. Barnabas Men’s Club

The St. Barnabas Men’s Club is a Parish & School organization whose mission is to bring together the men of the St. Barnabas community and provide both talent and financial resources to key programs, scholarships and charities that give back to the St. Barnabas Community.  We support the Continuing Catholic Education Scholarship fund for 8th graders continuing their education at Catholic High Schools through the Men’s Club Golf Outing, we support our teachers holiday gifts through the Progressive Mixer each December, and we hold a number of events throughout the year to bring the men of the Parish together to foster a stronger sense of community.  If you would like to be a part of the St. Barnabas Men’s Club, please sign up for our email list via the link below.  This list is only used for Men’s Club updates and event announcements.  We are also in need of future leaders of the Men’s Club for our Executive team and specific Event leadership.  If you would like to be part of the Leadership team for the Men’s Club, please reach out to Dan Sullivan at [email protected]

scholarship

The St. Barnabas Men’s Club has renamed its annual Continuing Catholic Education scholarship to honor the memory of Men’s Club member and longtime parishioner Kevin G. Barron. The Kevin G. Barron Scholarship will be awarded to four 8th-grade students continuing their education at a Catholic high school. The scholarships will be awarded to two boys and two girls from St. Barnabas School and/or St. Barnabas parishioners who participate in Religious Education. All 8th-grade students are encouraged to apply.
